Community Health and Wellness Outreach

Our goal is to improve access to essential health care services for orphans, widows, aged persons, pensioners, and other vulnerable groups, enhancing their well-being, reducing preventable illnesses, and promoting community health awareness.

 Core Objectives:

- Provide free or subsidized medical care to underserved populations.

- Conduct regular community medical outreaches and mobile clinics.

- Promote preventive health education and hygiene awareness.

- Facilitate access to medications, screenings, and referrals.

- Support mental health, nutrition, and elderly care.

 

 Program Components:

 

 Mobile Health Clinic & Outreach Days

- Organize health outreach events in rural or underserved communities.

- Services to include:

  - General check-ups

  - Blood pressure & sugar level screening

  - Deworming & basic medications

  - Immunizations (in partnership with health centers)

  - Eye and dental checks

Geriatric Health Support (Elderly & Pensioners)

- Periodic health check-ups for the aged and pensioners.

- Distribution of multivitamins, walking aids, and hygiene kits.

- Counseling and home visits for bed-bound elders.

         Orphan Health & Hygiene Care

- Regular health screenings in orphanages.

- Provision of first aid boxes, sanitary products, and nutritional supplements.

- Teach basic personal hygiene and handwashing techniques.

          Health Education & Wellness Workshops

- Topics to include:

  - Clean water and sanitation

  - Nutrition and food safety

  - Sexual and reproductive health (for teens)

  - Mental health and stress management

Medical Aid Fund

- Set up an emergency fund for:

  - Urgent surgeries

  - Hospital bills

  - Transport for medical referrals

- Prioritize widows, orphans, and elderly without financial support.
